This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made for the AI Voice Reservation Assistant service are handled.

2. Setup Fee
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable, as it covers initial configuration, system setup, and onboarding efforts.

3. Subscription Fees
Subscription payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced. A one-month notice period applies and will begin after the completion of the current billing cycle. Annual plans are non-refundable.

4. Trial Period (If Applicable)
If a free trial is provided, no payment is required during the trial period.
Continuation of the service after the trial will be subject to plan selection and payment confirmation.

5. Service Issues
In the event of significant service-related concerns, we encourage clients to reach out so that the issue can be reviewed and addressed promptly.
Any exceptions to this policy, if applicable, will be considered at our discretion.

6. Payment Disputes
For any billing-related queries or disputes, clients are requested to contact us directly to resolve the matter in a timely manner.
